Modern construction

This board’s production begins with a blank precisely cut from an EPS foam block. The density of the EPS block is key to achieving the right shape, weight, and structure. The blank is hand-laminated with biaxial fiberglass cloth using computer-measured doses of epoxy resin. A second CNC-cut, heated press mold is used to cure the resin and ensure optimal resin distribution.
