Delivery

Product delivery is available within the territory of the Republic of Poland and within the territory of the European Union, after selecting the appropriate delivery option.

Delivery of the Product to the Customer is subject to a fee, unless the Sales Agreement states otherwise. The costs of delivering the Product (including transport, delivery and postal services fees) are indicated to the Customer on the Online Store pages in the information tab regarding delivery costs and during the ordering process.

Delivery times are 3 and correspond to product availability:

  • delivery within 24H
  • delivery within 5 days
  • delivery within 30 days

Personal collection of the Product by the Customer is free of charge.

FLOWSHOP.PL provides the Customer with the following methods of delivery or collection of the Product:

Courier shipment
  • FEDEX (standard parcels in PL and EU from 1 kg to 30 kg)
  • UPS (standard parcels in PL and EU from 1 kg to 30 kg)
Freight shipment
  • NOLIMIT (oversized parcels in PL and EU from 150 cm to 300 cm)
  • RABEN (oversized parcels in Europe from 150 cm to 300 cm)
Personal collection available at:
  • BOARD SPORT POLSKA, Al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia 46 lok 5, 01-242 Warsaw, from 9:00 to 17:00.

The delivery time of the Product to the Customer is from 24H to 14 days depending on the availability of the given product.
