The Carbon Pro 25 boom delivers the highest, most direct steering feel. Thinner and lighter than other carbon booms, it has been designed for riders who want an exceptionally light feel without compromising stiffness. Available in sizes 140–190 and 150–200, this technologically advanced wave boom meets the needs of almost every user.
Characteristics
VT JOINT
Increases the contact area between the boom attachment and the mast. Can be used on any mast with a standard diameter. Reduces the risk of point loading. Minimizes play between the boom and mast connection. Allows for easy adjustment of boom height.
MAST CUP
The mast cup provides 2 contact points between the cup and the mast, creating a secure connection and ensuring excellent power transfer.
The V shape accommodates variations in standard mast diameters. Slightly thinner masts sit deeper in the V, while wider ones sit more outward. The VT-Joint is standard on all NeilPryde booms.
SYSTEM OUTHAUL LOOP-TO-HOOK
Guarantees low friction without line crossing, allowing for free sail movement. The system has been further enhanced with high-quality Dyneema lines. Lever: The integrated boom lever is equipped with high-quality Dyneema line.
TRIM‑PIN — LEVER DESIGN
Double insert with an easy-to-use locking and opening lever.
Allows for simple adjustment of the rear part, optimal load distribution, and a rigid connection between the boom body and the tail end.
