Product availability

The availability parameter is one of the most important attributes of an online store. 

Thanks to modern technology and logistics, we strive to create a reliable product availability system for the assortment offered in our online store. 

In times of a huge selection of goods, we rely on stock in our warehouse as well as in the warehouses of our Suppliers. We operate on modern connections through which stock levels are transmitted in real time to our store, and active and available products are intuitively marked with a green “ADD TO CART” label. If a product is not available, there is no “CART” icon. 

Available goods are divided into: 

  • available from our warehouse or our Partners in PL within 24H 
  • available from our Partners' warehouses in the EU within 5 days 
  • available from our Partners' warehouses in the EU within 30 days 

There is a Filter on the website that allows you to display products available in one of the 3 availability options mentioned above. In addition, for quick searching there is a Filter: Available / Unavailable.

At the Product Category level, you can immediately see which products are available (green carts under the products).

After selecting a product, before adding it to the Cart, you can see its availability and the time in which delivery may take place. 

We strive to sell only available goods with shipping fulfillment within 24H or up to 5 days. However, situations may occur when popular products in our warehouse or our Partners' warehouses run out and this information is sent to us too late, which may result in a delay in fulfillment or complete cancellation of such an order. Sometimes there are errors in the external system integrating stock levels from various locations into our store, and then some discrepancy in the availability of the offered goods may occur. We try to monitor the availability of our goods on an ongoing basis, and we apologize for any individual, incidental shortages, but the store has a very large assortment and controlling it is a big challenge for us.
