The first splitboard in history opens up the whole mountain to more riders than ever before. Based on the award-winning Escape - including a completely new shape for 2022/23 - it offers an unmatched blend of technology and value.
On the way up, the Escape Split is equipped with custom-cut skins and camber sections underfoot to maximize edge grip in uneven conditions. Market-leading Karakoram clips make the transition back to snowboard mode as quick and secure as possible.
On the descent, the early rocker in the nose and tail makes turn initiation easier and lets you float effortlessly in deep snow. The versatile construction, with 10 mm of setback and a medium-stiff flex, lets you confidently tackle any terrain, from gentle touring routes to challenging backcountry slopes. Lightweight dual Master cores provide a lively ride wherever your adventures take you, complemented by PopCarbon fibers and a top-layer Triax Plus for pure carving performance. The Escape Split features an N-7000 sintruded base with added carbon nanoparticles - because you deserve those turns and they deserve speed.

Characteristics
PREMIUM SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION
This new construction increases the power and responsiveness of the standard production sandwich. The addition of advanced materials such as Carbon and Kevlar® gives the board more pop and better cushioning.
ABSORBNID
Absorbnid is an innovative top layer designed to absorb unwanted vibrations. This has allowed us to develop responsive, dynamic boards that still provide a smooth and non-fatiguing ride.
INSERTS SSP
Ride-mode binding inserts are compatible with all splitboard bindings currently available on the market. The climbing-mode inserts are perfectly balanced for effortless kick turns.
TRIAX PLUS
As a result of intensive testing with the participation of Nidercker riders and engineers, the Triax laminate is laid at a 45° angle and contains different fiberglass densities. This provides consistent torsional flex, better pop, and greater responsiveness in every turn.
MASTER CORE
The Master Core construction is the result of many years of experimentation in materials and wood craftsmanship. It is a perfect harmony of different densities and wood varieties (poplar, beech, spruce and paulownia), which has made it possible to achieve an excellent weight-to-performance and power ratio, as well as an ultra-strong, exceptionally responsive, lightweight core.
SLIDE N-7000 BASE
Developed exclusively for Nidecker, the N-7000 is an extremely durable sintered base with added carbon nanoparticles that provide exceptional glide.
POP CARBON LAYER
Strategic placement of carbon fibers from the tail to the rear inserts and from the nose to the front inserts results in a more responsive board, with increased pop and stiffness. Its vibration-dampening properties make it ideal for more aggressive riding in all conditions.
