The Index stands out with our exclusive Diamond Level lining. Made from state-of-the-art "memory-foam," it remembers the shape and position of the foot, delivering a secure, perfect fit with more consistent fore-aft flex.
The Vibram Approach outsole offers best-in-class grip on hard snow and ice - ideal for climbing ridges, walking in gullies, or simply navigating any terrain.
The Index is constructed with fewer seams to prevent water from getting in. Its Transition Zone technology blends seamlessly with the Exo Spine, speeding up response and preventing damage to the back of the boot when stepping into or out of the binding.
Characteristics
Hybrid Strap+BOA®
The highest level of quick and secure fitting. The shell is adjusted using a combination of the front BOA® dial and the Power Strap Velcro. The second BOA® dial on the side controls our unique Internal Heel Lock system.
Internal Heel Lock
Say goodbye to heel lift. The internal harness, connected to the shell and tongue, is tightened using the external side BOA® dial. The laces pass through the tongue from both sides, snugly wrapping around the ankle while pulling it back into the shoe, providing incredible, three-dimensional foot hold.
H4 Coiler
Ready for anything, designed to withstand the most. The reliable BOA® H4 Coiler system was created for the most demanding riders and is resistant to impacts – from the park to deep powder. Its efficient mechanism quickly tightens the laces, speeding up the putting on process.
Vibram® Approach
Our flagship shoe insole features an innovative design that places the tongue on the outside, providing a more consistent forward flex. Waterproof 3M Thinsulate insulation, EVA foam sole, high-density memory foam, and advanced thermal molding technology ensure that your feet stay dry and comfortable even in the toughest mountain conditions.

Our top-of-the-line sole features a full EVA foam midsole, providing maximum comfort across the entire foot surface, and an OC-Kush insole for additional cushioning under the heel. The Vibram ICE-TREK tread is made from a rubber compound specifically designed for cold and snowy surfaces, ensuring unmatched grip.
3D Triple Density
Our most advanced three-dimensional insole is designed to perfectly fit the shape of your foot. Made from three densities of EVA foam: a firmer material supports the heel and arch of the foot, while a special high-resilience layer cushions the heel. The fleece lining with silicone print on top provides warmth and stability.
